These terms are between you and [who runs Luz] ("we"). By using Luz or luz.coffee you agree to them.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 to have an account. Keep it to yourself; you're responsible for what's posted from it. Your @handle mustn't pretend to be someone else.
What you post
Your stories, photos and comments stay yours. So that Luz can show them, you let us store them and show them to the people they're meant for (and, for a barista's public stories, on luz.coffee). That ends when you delete them or your account.
Post only what you have the right to post. No harassment, hate, spam, nudity or anything illegal. We may remove what breaks these rules, and close accounts that keep breaking them. You can report anything you see.
Baristas and cafés
Baristas and cafés are verified by us before they appear as such. What they write on their pages is theirs; we don't vouch for menus, hours or prices.
Luz itself
Luz is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your account safe, but can't promise it will always be available. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it.
Changes
We may change these terms; we'll say so in the app when we do. If you keep using Luz afterwards, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of [country].
